We accept returns within 30 days. Once 30 days have exceeded since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer any refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain sale items may not qualify for returns unless they arrive damaged.
Yes. A common misunderstanding is that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. This is incorrect, even without a Paypal account, you can still make payments through Paypal, all that is needed is a valid Debit/Credit card.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 5 business days from the time your order is scanned by the carrier until you have updated information. You can also track your order anytime online; all you need is your tracking number that we provide.
